Job Description

Primary Objective
Primary responsibility handling employees and acknowledging their requirements for maintaining a positive work culture, include ensuring availability of resources, easy access to data, on-time payroll, ensuring compliances, etc.

Essential Skills/Experience
  • Should have experience in payroll/compensation/Industrial Relations
  • Awareness about India Acts – PF, ESI, Bonus, Factories Act, Apprenticeship Act, etc.
  • Experience in HRM Thread Payroll System and Workday Software will be preferred.

HR Officer
1. Employee onboarding
2. Monthly Attendance check for payroll process.
3. Maintain monthly provisions (Bonus, LTA, Medical) for financial record.
4. Payroll process (Salary, OT & incentive)
5. Reimbursements process (LTA, Medical, Vehicle running, telephone, car insurance etc).
6. Follow up with HR consultant for outsourced salaries and actuarial.
7. Documentation of monthly work.
8. Contractual employees’ salaries
9. Preparation of monthly salary variance.
10. Monthly PF Reconciliations
11. Facilitate the HR audit, ensure full compliance to statutory HR norms and closure of issues identified
12. HR Budgeting
13. Insurance Renewals and Gratuity Management
14. Ensure compliance with local labor laws
15. Assisting with communication and processing of staffs compensation claims.
16. Assisting in calculation of tax on the basis of last year employees declaration.
17. Dealing with payroll queries from employees
18. Responsible to adhere to POSH act in office premises & as defined in Sexual harassment policy handbook.
19. Merit Increase Process and Year End Appraisal process
20. Prepare ISO HR audit documents and update our record according to current data.
21. Addressing & attending to the employee grievances towards resolution with a stipulated time as well as discuss with the Management for interventions if necessary.
22. Prepare Job Descriptions and role and responsibilities of each and every designation.
23. Conducting employee engagement activities.
24. Exit formalities
