Ensure all renovation works are carried out in accordance with safety standards, local building codes, and company policies. Support energy-efficiency and facility modernization initiatives. Review facility layouts and suggest improvements for better workflow and space utilization. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and facility modifications. Energy Management & Sustainability Monitor energy consumption of all MEP systems and suggest methods for energy conservation. Conduct internal energy audits and implement cost-saving energy initiatives. 5. Project & Vendor Management Manage MEP vendors, contractors, and service providers for installations and AMC work. Prepare technical specifications and review MEP project proposals. Ensure MEP-related projects are executed within budget and timelines.
