Job Description

Role & responsibilities Detailed Job Summary : The MEP Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures compliance with standards and project requirements, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Industrial Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment including assembly lines, molding machines, and testing stations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain production uptime by promptly responding to equipment failures and minimizing downtime. Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, logs, and documentation in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with production teams to plan equipment maintenance without disrupting operations. Renovation & Facility Maintenance: Plan, execute, and supervise facility renovation, remodeling, and infrastructure upgrade projects. Manage contractors and vendors for building repairs, civil works, electrical layouts, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure improvements. Ensure all renovation works are carried out in accordance with safety standards, local building codes, and company policies. Support energy-efficiency and facility modernization initiatives. Review facility layouts and suggest improvements for better workflow and space utilization. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and facility modifications. Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives Educational Qualifications & Experience : Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 37 years of experience in MEP projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
