Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager – Projects will focus on driving sales for large-scale private and government building projects. The role involves identifying project opportunities, liaising with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring the successful execution of project-based sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales within the uPVC, Doors and Windows industry or building material, with excellent networking and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting private and government building projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and government authorities. Identify tender opportunities and ensure timely submission of bids for relevant projects. Lead negotiations and secure project approvals for the company’s uPVC doors and windows. Monitor ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project execution. Keep abreast of government policies, industry standards, and competitor activities in the region. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and brand awareness. Provide regular updates and reports on project pipelines, sales performance, and market trends to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project sales within the uPVC, building materials, or construction industry. Proven track record in handling private and government projects successfully. Strong network of contacts within the architecture, construction, and government sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and lead a project sales team. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and understanding of tendering processes. Willingness to travel extensively as required. Role & responsibilities Detailed Job Summary : The MEP Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures compliance with standards and project requirements, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Industrial Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment including assembly lines, molding machines, and testing stations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain production uptime by promptly responding to equipment failures and minimizing downtime. Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, logs, and documentation in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with production teams to plan equipment maintenance without disrupting operations. Renovation & Facility Maintenance: Plan, execute, and supervise facility renovation, remodeling, and infrastructure upgrade projects. Manage contractors and vendors for building repairs, civil works, electrical layouts, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure improvements. Ensure all renovation works are carried out in accordance with safety standards, local building codes, and company policies. Support energy-efficiency and facility modernization initiatives. Review facility layouts and suggest improvements for better workflow and space utilization. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and facility modifications. Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives Educational Qualifications & Experience : Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 37 years of experience in MEP projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure). Role & responsibilities 1. MEP System Management Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal functioning of plant utilities like compressors, HVAC, boilers, pumps, and electrical distribution. Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of MEP-related breakdowns. 2. Compliance & Audit Coordination Ensure adherence to local, state, and national safety, electrical, and environmental compliance standards (e.g., BIS, IE rules, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Coordinate internal and external audits (safety, energy, environmental, and statutory). Maintain all documentation and records related to compliance for MEP systems (e.g., test certificates, energy audits, inspection logs). Track and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audit findings. 3. Preventive Maintenance & Safety Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for MEP systems. Monitor safety protocols for electrical and mechanical work as per plant safety norms. Conduct periodic risk assessments and ensure proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures. 4. Energy Management & Sustainability Monitor energy consumption of all MEP systems and suggest methods for energy conservation. Conduct internal energy audits and implement cost-saving energy initiatives. 5. Project & Vendor Management Manage MEP vendors, contractors, and service providers for installations and AMC work. Prepare technical specifications and review MEP project proposals. Ensure MEP-related projects are executed within budget and timelines.
