Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
• Support HR initiatives related to staff training, appraisal, and performance management.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR processes and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain HR records and documentation as per regulatory and NABH requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Hands-on experience with NABH standards and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
