Sr. HR Executive

As a Senior Human Resources professional at Danta Technologies, your role will involve expertise in HR management within US IT staffing companies, specifically focusing on night shifts and onsite requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and retain top talent within the succulent industry. - Collaborating with department managers to understand staffing needs and building a pipeline of qualified candidates. - Addressing employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions in a fair and consistent manner. - Overseeing performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and annual reviews. - Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions. - Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Experience with Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Handling, and Client Account Management, including working with Contract, Contract to Hire, and Fulltime Positions. - Handling complete Time & Attendance process, framing Policy Documents as per the process implementations, and serving as the POC to handle employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
