Sr. HR Executive

You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. Your role will contribute to ensuring smooth HR processes and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws. - Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal processes. - Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth internal communication. - Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. - Support HR Manager in reporting, audits, and HR metrics analysis. Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing sector. - Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple HR tasks. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. - Team player with a positive attitude and strong ethics regarding confidentiality.
