Sr. HR Executive

As a Human Resources professional, your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement by considering deductions, bonuses, and adjustments. You will also be responsible for handling statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other applicable laws. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in HR operations within manufacturing industries. A thorough understanding of HR best practices, as well as employment laws and regulations, will be essential. Being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills is crucial for success in this role.
