Sr. HR Executive

As a Human Resources Generalist at FundTQ, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operations of the organization. FundTQ is a consulting and CA firm known for its wealth of experience and industry insight in navigating the startup landscape in India. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, and developing effective hiring strategies. - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications. - Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws, manage employee records and HR documentation, and oversee employee benefits and compensation structures. - Identify training needs, develop programs to enhance employee skills, organize employee development sessions, and ensure continuous learning and development initiatives. - Address and resolve employee concerns, implement grievance redressal mechanisms, act as a mediator for workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment. - Plan and execute engagement programs, boost employee morale, foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities, and conduct employee feedback surveys. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or CA firm. - Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
