Sr. Graphic Designer

About Position:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team as part of the new in-house Creative Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, branding, and marketing collateral. You should have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency across all internal and client facing marketing activities across the globe

What You'll Do:

• Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print materials, including web graphics, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and event graphics.
• Work closely with marketing, BU and Service Lines to align design strategy with business goals.
• Evolve and maintain brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Design infographics, and visuals that simplify and enhance the storytelling of complex tech products and services.
• Optimize assets for print, web, mobile, and social platforms while adhering to best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final execution, meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality production and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in tech branding and marketing.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the technology industry or B2B.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, branding, and marketing design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & PowerPoint; experience with Figma, motion graphics (After Effects) and HTML is a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment while collaborating across teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into creative solutions.
