Sr Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring over 4 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity. This role requires a strong background in both graphic and UI/UX design, with a solid understanding of front-end design fundamentals such as HTML and CSS.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create the design for a variety of digital and print projects, including social media visuals, websites, brochures, logos, advertisements, corporate decks and other marketing collateral.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and timelines.
  
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all media and marketing materials.
  
• Produce high-quality, innovative, and creative designs that align with the company’s vision and brand strategy.
  
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  
• Stay updated with design trends using the latest design and AI tools as per industry standards, and technological advancements.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any bachelor’s degree with experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and styles.
  
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management platforms.
  
• Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
