Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Graphic Designer based in Mumbai. The Sr Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos, and developing branding materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing team, working on various design projects, and ensuring that all materials are aligned with the company's visual standards. The role also involves selecting typography, conceptualising design elements, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, design, and execute creative visual assets for pharmaceutical brands, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Create visually appealing and scientifically accurate designs for:
• Product packaging and labels
• Promotional materials (brochures, detail aids, LBLs, doctor leaflets)
• Digital assets (social media creatives, banners, e-detailing, web pages)
• Medical presentations, infographics, and educational tools
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals in line with corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, marketing, Operations,
• Prepare files for print and digital platforms, ensuring proper formatting and output specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, medical design aesthetics, and compliance regulations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage tight deadlines with quality output.

Requirements:

• Proven 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the 

  pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects preferred).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling in a regulated industry.
• Ability to interpret complex medical content into engaging visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to branding and legal compliance.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pharma/medical work is

• Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers.
