Sr Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company located in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development of our brand's visual identity across various platforms. Your role will involve conceptualizing and creating designs for brand identity, packaging, and digital marketing assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the design team to ensure high-quality and on-brand visual output. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to align creative solutions with business objectives will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptualization and creation of compelling designs for brand identity, packaging, and digital marketing assets. - Guide and mentor the design team to ensure high-quality, impactful, and on-brand visual output. - Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines consistently. - Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into creative solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 4-6 years of professional design experience, preferably within the FMCG, Ayurveda, or Wellness sectors. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Coreldraw). - Strong portfolio showcasing skills in brand identity and packaging design. - Attention to detail, typography, and color with a passion for visually stunning work.
