Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of brand visuals across various media platforms such as digital, print, video, and 3D. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and delivering a wide range of assets including websites, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, logos, banners, presentations, and marketing collaterals. You will also oversee video production and shooting activities, collaborate with the marketing team, develop custom illustrations and 3D visuals, ensure brand consistency, and stay updated with industry trends and design innovations. Additionally, you will supervise vendors, freelancers, and agencies, conduct quality reviews, contribute fresh ideas, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative direction and execution of brand visuals across all media platforms. - Conceptualize, design, and deliver assets for websites, social media, print materials, and videos. - Oversee video production for product showcases, campaigns, and branding initiatives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to translate project briefs into compelling design solutions. - Develop custom illustrations, icons, and 3D visuals to enhance storytelling and brand identity. - Ensure brand consistency and refine visual guidelines in line with modern trends. - Stay updated with industry trends and apply them to deliver cutting-edge visuals. - Supervise vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure high-quality outputs. - Conduct quality reviews of all design deliverables. - Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a lead creative role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with 3D/animation tools. - Strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition. - Ability to lead creative direction, present ideas, and influence stakeholders. - Exceptional storytelling skills for diverse audiences and media formats. - Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a track record of meeting tight deadlines. - Innovative thinker who excels in independent and collaborative settings.
