As a Senior Creative Visualizer, you play a crucial role in understanding and embodying the look, feel, and tone of various brands in your work. Handling and implementing feedback from clients is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Once your concepts are approved, you are expected to oversee their execution from start to finish. You should be proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to bring your creative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your creative skills and understanding of different platforms and cultural nuances to solve branding and marketing challenges for a diverse range of clients. - Collaborate with a copywriter as a partner while also being able to work independently when necessary. - Efficiently manage your time to meet the demands of multiple projects simultaneously. - Differentiate between creative concepts and tactical executions, showcasing proficiency in both based on project requirements. - Provide art direction across various mediums, including social media posts, videos, and micro-content. - Stay updated on the latest technology and design trends, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your skills. - Demonstrate effective time management skills and consistently meet project deadlines. - Review the work of junior designers to ensure high-quality output. - Oversee all design projects from the initial concept stage to final delivery. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of total work experience, preferably in an agency setting. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools. - Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
