Sr Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and visually engaging design concepts, layouts, and assets for a wide range of mediums, including websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Lead and manage the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Content, and Product Development to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual solutions
• Create and maintain brand visual identity, ensuring cohesion across all design outputs
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to every project
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, supporting their development
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Retouch images, refine layouts, and make design adjustments as needed to enhance overall impact
• Work closely with printers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce final deliverables
