Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Nagpur, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually engaging graphics, logos, and branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team, developing typography solutions, and contributing to innovative visual designs that align with client goals and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual design across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms

• Design logos, brand identities, and visual systems for client brands

• Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns

• Develop motion graphics for reels, ads, and promotional content

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to execute briefs

• Review and guide junior designers to maintain quality standards

• Manage multiple projects while meeting defined deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe After Effects

• Proven experience in branding and logo design

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently

• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency

• Familiarity with digital-first and social-media-led design

• Ability to handle feedback professionally and iterate quickly
