We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
📍 Nagpur | Full-Time | On-site
Hiveway.media is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can plan content end-to-end — from ideas to shoots to execution.
What you’ll do
• Own and manage social media handles for multiple brands
• Lead content planning with clear monthly and campaign-wise calendars
• Plan and execute content shoots (reels, stories, carousels)
• Drive strong storytelling aligned with brand tone and business goals
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creators
• Schedule and publish content with platform-specific optimization
• Manage comments, DMs, reviews, and community engagement
• Track performance, insights, and continuously improve content output
Bonus (Preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Ability to align content with reach, engagement, and lead objectives
What we’re looking for
• 4+ years of experience in social media management
• Proven expertise in content planning and on-ground shoots
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and content formats
• Solid content & copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and timeline-driven
