Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Mohali (Onsite) Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend (React) and backend (FastAPI/Python) layers.
• Implement event-driven ingestion frameworks using AWS EventBridge, SQS, and webhook-based collectors.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs with FastAPI, JWT-based authentication, and OpenAPI documentation.
• Develop interactive dashboards using React + Material UI, integrating APIs for real-time visualization.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas for resilience metrics and ETL pipelines for data normalization.
• Integrate observability tools (e.g., Datadog) for monitoring ingestion pipelines, API health, and dashboard performance.
• Implement unit, integration, and load testing ensuring 70%+ code coverage and production readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and stakeholders for CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and secure deployments.
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational readiness for the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• Frontend Development:
• Strong experience in React.js, Typescript with Material UI, state management, and reusable component design.
• Building responsive, high-performance dashboards with data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js, or Recharts).
• Backend Development:
• Expertise in Python with FastAPI or similar frameworks for API development.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and webhooks.
• Database & Data Engineering:
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, schema design, and ETL pipeline development.
• Experience with data normalization, real-time ingestion, and API-based data collectors.
• Cloud & DevOps:
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Lambda, RDS).
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Security & Compliance:
• Role-based API security, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and least-privilege IAM policies.
• Observability & Monitoring:
• Integration with Datadog for metrics, alerting, and SLA monitoring.
• Testing & Quality:
• Unit, integration, and performance testing with automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Jest).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills, agile mindset, and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB integrations.
• Experience with disaster recovery metrics or resilience engineering platforms.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming frameworks for event processing.

Pay: ₹16,363.95 - ₹68,185.85 per month
