Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Architect in the Ecommerce Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions for cloud-hosted eCommerce platforms. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to modernize systems and deliver exceptional business capabilities. You will also work on in-house data-driven solutions using computer science, analytics, mathematical optimization, and machine learning to solve complex decision-making problems. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in architecting and developing scalable applications as a Full-Stack Engineer, particularly in the eCommerce sector. - 7+ years of hands-on programming experience in modern languages such as Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS. - 5+ years of proficiency in building applications using React JS/React Native with TypeScript. - Extensive experience (7+ years) designing microservices architectures within cloud-native environments. - Mastery of technologies including React JS, Next JS, Node JS, Java, and Spring Boot. - Experience with both NoSQL databases (Couchbase) and relational databases (MySQL). - Familiarity with messaging systems like Solace or Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures. - Deep understanding of implementing Headless Commerce solutions. - Experience implementing ADA compliance standards within web applications. - Proven track record in optimizing performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals for eCommerce applications, ensuring fast, responsive, and user-friendly experiences. - Strong experience with log debugging and performance monitoring tools. - Strong understanding of automated testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing across frontend and backend. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cross-platform deployments, and managing multi-cloud, multi-environment system setups for scalable application delivery.,
