Sr. Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using

  Flutter

  framework.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability.
• Define and implement robust app architecture and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux) for scalable and maintainable code.
• Oversee the App Store and Play Store release processes, including signing, publishing, and managing app updates.
• Implement offline-first capabilities and data persistence strategies using local databases, caching, or storage solutions.
• Work with cross-platform nuances, including platform channels, native integrations (Swift, Kotlin, Java), and device-specific adaptations.
• Apply design patterns and scalable architecture principles (e.g., SOLID, Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI).
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and contribute to team collaboration.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
• Ensure robust app security, data protection, and best coding practices.
• Implement and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  for mobile applications.
• Debug, test, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of overall mobile app development experience.
• Strong expertise in

  Flutter

  and

  Dart

  with proven track record of apps delivered.
• Experience in

  iOS

  and/or

  Android native development

  (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java).
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs

  , JSON, and mobile architecture.
• Hands-on experience with

  State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency in using version control systems (

  Git, GitLab, GitHub

  ).
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with

  App Store

  and

  Play Store

  deployment processes.
• Good understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and offline-first architecture.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of other cross-platform frameworks (

• Exposure to

  Cloud Platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP, Azure)

  for mobile integrations.
• Familiarity with
