Sr Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with 8 to 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in Flutter development and proficiency in related technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. As a Senior Flutter Developer, your key responsibilities will include architecting, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate with tools like VSCode, Xcode, and Android Studio for development and debugging purposes. Designing and implementing scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures will be crucial, along with leading API integrations and third-party service implementations for enhanced app functionality. Utilizing Git for version control and collaborative development, you will ensure responsive UI/UX implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Managing and optimizing Agile development workflows using JIRA, debugging and optimizing application performance across diverse devices and screen sizes, and collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications are also part of your role. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team while staying updated with the latest Flutter updates, best practices, and industry trends. The required skills and qualifications for this position include 8 to 10 years of experience in Flutter & Dart application development, proficiency in Android Studio, Xcode, and VSCode, a strong understanding of Git and version control workflows, expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, extensive experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential. Preferred qualifications include deep experience in working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations, expertise with Firebase, SQLite, or other database solutions, experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC, and a proven ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable application architectures.
