Responsibilities

• Managing 2-3 key accounts, driving seamless & centralized operations and building strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for customer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer locations, understanding their business needs and providing tailored systematize solutions across customer sites/locations.
• Fix the financial burdens and create business cases for improvement.
• Strong collaboration with regional business leaders and field teams to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems across the customer sites.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Create RCAs for critical issues and robust SOPs for onsite operations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through an effective communication and problem resolution approach.
• Execute internal and external MOS on services delivery, system performance and improvement actions.
• Drive & upsell the NPI, BTI & Digital Solutions at across customer sites/locations.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Sales, KAM & regional operations to deliver value-added solutions.
  

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of service or a related technical role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent technical knowledge of building automation systems environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
