THE BUSINESS UNIT
Honeywell Building Automation (BA) is a leading global provider of products, software, solutions and technologies that enable building owners and occupants to ensure their facilities are safe, energy-efficient, sustainable and productive. Managing 2-3 key accounts, driving seamless & centralized operations and building strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for customer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer locations, understanding their business needs and providing tailored systematize solutions across customer sites/locations.
Fix the financial burdens and create business cases for improvement.
Strong collaboration with regional business leaders and field teams to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems across the customer sites.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Create RCAs for critical issues and robust SOPs for onsite operations.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through an effective communication and problem resolution approach.
Execute internal and external MOS on services delivery, system performance and improvement actions.
Drive & upsell the NPI, BTI & Digital Solutions at across customer sites/locations.
Identify new business opportunities within existing sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Sales, KAM & regional operations to deliver value-added solutions.
