Job Description

Fusion CX is looking for Sr. Executive Workforce Management Reporting to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze workforce data to provide insights for business decisions.
Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Design and deliver reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators and trends.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide support.

Job Requirements
