As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Sales) at our established Real Estate brand in Pune, you will play a crucial role in our Channel Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to source, empanel, manage, and retain channel partners effectively. Your tasks will include conducting market research and surveys to gain insights into the target group. You will be expected to identify potential channel partners in the market and deliver successful business opportunity presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging site visits for channel partners, ensuring the empanelment of qualified CPs, and completing the necessary documentation. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in training and grooming the channel partners" team, as well as assisting them during customer visits. It will be essential for you to maintain daily updates on Salesforce software to track progress and maintain accurate records.
