As a Sales Manager, your role is to develop and implement strategic sales plans in order to meet organizational objectives and increase market share. You will be responsible for finding and capitalizing on new sales opportunities by identifying target markets and prospective clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and major clients will be crucial to foster loyalty and ensure satisfaction. It is important for you to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively inform sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans - Find and capitalize on new sales opportunities - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Preferred) - 1 year of experience in Textile & Garment Sales (Required) - 4 years of experience in B2B sales (Preferred) - Must have knowledge of 4-Wheel drive and possess a valid driving license Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position located in Calicut, Kerala.
