As a Business Manager with a focus on CPM + Brand Manager - Switchgear, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales team by driving regional sales and distribution efforts to expand our customer base. Your dynamic leadership skills and ability to foster strong client and vendor relationships will be essential in achieving our business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing regional sales strategies that align with company goals, collaborating with senior management to set and achieve sales targets, leading a sales team to optimize revenue generation, and forecasting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will also be tasked with identifying hiring needs, training new sales personnel, conducting regular team meetings and seminars to educate and motivate the sales force, and providing constructive feedback through performance reviews. In addition to managing the sales team, you will be expected to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, address challenges proactively, propose innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
