Hiring for leading brand into Beauty/ Health care/ Retail! Job Title: Skincare Specialist Job Location: Chennai (Work From Office) CTC : up to 3 LPA Relevant Experience Required - Min 1 year Job Description – Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as per the requirement Conducting trainings on Cosmetic &personal grooming products. Conducting demo of the products to the distributors. Will be handling billing as and when required. Coordination with concerned sales team member for the meeting & training requirements and schedule plan accordingly Behavioral Competencies: · Able to address huge crowds & must be presentable · Ensuring timely and quality delivery of above trainings · Direct Selling Experience is advantageous (but not necessary) Technical/Functional Competencies: · Good knowledge of skin care & makeup and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends · Course in Make-up (preferable) · Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills · Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel) · Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month.
