Job Title: Sales Manager cum Counselor – Skin Care Clinic (Only Female)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Sales Manager cum Counselor (Female only) for our premium Skin Care Clinic in delhi The ideal candidate should have a proven background in aesthetic clinic sales, strong English communication skills, and the ability to build trust with high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in and online clients about skin care treatments and product packages
• Sell skincare products and services using effective sales strategies
• Follow up with leads via cold calling, WhatsApp, and email marketing
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Educate clients about treatment plans and post-treatment care
• Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in a skin care/aesthetic/cosmetology clinic.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and presentable
• Only Female candidates will be considered
• Immediate availability is a plus
