Job Description

Job Title:

Learning & Development professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver
soft skills and apprentice training
(both classroom & virtual) for new hires and junior professionals
Manage
outsourced learning programs
(behavioral/functional) including vendor identification, onboarding, and program logistics
Drive the companys
internal coaching and mentoring culture
Handle complete training operations: invitations, batch creation, pre/post assessments, and reporting
Support mentors, coaches, and learners in resolving issues and accessing resources
Ensure accurate reporting and analytics of learning activities

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Skills:

4 to 10 years of experience in
HR / L&D
Strong
soft skills training experience
Exposure to
coaching and mentoring initiatives
Excellent communication skills
in English (verbal and written)
mandatory
Proficiency in
MS Excel and PowerPoint
