Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
Design and develop training programs for insurance/P&C industry, focusing on soft skills, product knowledge, and technical skills.
Deliver training sessions through various methods such as instructor-led classes, online modules, or virtual workshops.
Manage the entire learning process from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and TNA methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
