Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and develop training programs for insurance/P&C industry, focusing on soft skills, product knowledge, and technical skills.
  • Deliver training sessions through various methods such as instructor-led classes, online modules, or virtual workshops.
  • Manage the entire learning process from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and TNA methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
