Designation – Sr.Executive Operation Required Qualification - Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Industry Experience – 3 to 8 years Employment Type - Full Time | Work from office Job Location - Amta, Kolkata, West Bengal Working Hours - 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Annual CTC – As per industry standard We are seeking a detail-oriented and process control enthusiast to oversee the production of aluminum formwork at our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring production output, ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing equipment & resource utilization, streamlining production processes, and managing MIS reports. Role and Responsibilities – ● Measure the total quantity of aluminum formworks produced within a specified period, compared to the target set for that period. ● Prepare and submit Monthly Production Management Information System (MIS) reports to the management. ● Track the percentage of finished formworks that meet quality standards out of the total units produced, identifying any trends or patterns affecting output quality. ● Analyze the utilization rate of production equipment and machinery, minimizing idle time and maximizing throughput to enhance overall efficiency. ● Evaluate the time taken to complete each production cycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce lead times without compromising quality. ● Monitor the consumption of raw materials to ensure optimal usage and minimize material wastage. ● Maintain optimum inventory levels of both raw materials and finished goods to meet production demands while avoiding overstocking or stockouts, optimizing working capital utilization. ● Track and analyze production expenses, including labor, material, and overhead costs, aiming to reduce costs without sacrificing product quality. ● Implement strategies to minimize production waste, such as scrap aluminum and rejected formworks, to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ● Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, minimizing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Experience and Skills ● Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. ● Proven experience in production management and quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. ● Proficiency in MS Excel & software usage ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends affecting production and quality. ● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and quality. ● Familiarity with inventory management principles and techniques to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. ● Experience in cost analysis and budget management to identify opportunities for cost reduction. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Team Player About our Organization We are a one-stop solution of all aluminum formwork requirements.
