Job Description

Qualifications And Skills

3 to 5 years of experience as Administrator or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute executive-level communications and reports
Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls and respond to or redirect them as necessary
Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, and vendors
Support the executive team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Follow-up with team on delegated task and processes
Managing dairy , calendar, schedule travel / appointments, events management, agenda & MOM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
