Sr. Executive Operations

As a Senior Executive – Operations at Urban Yatra, (Female only) you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams. You will oversee tour execution, handle customer requirements, and maintain operational efficiency to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day travel operations, including hotel bookings, transport arrangements, flight coordination, and itinerary planning.
• Coordinate with vendors (airlines, hotels, transport providers, guides, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery at competitive rates.
• Handle B2B and B2C client requirements, ensuring timely confirmations, updates, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and verify travel documents such as vouchers, itineraries, invoices, and confirmations.
• Monitor ongoing tours and provide real-time support to travelers and clients in case of emergencies or last-minute changes.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Track operational costs, negotiate vendor pricing, and contribute to budget optimization.
• Supervise junior executives and provide training on processes, customer handling, and system usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts teams to streamline bookings, payments, and post-travel feedback.
• Maintain MIS reports on bookings, cancellations, revenue, and vendor performance for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements in the travel industry.

Pay: ₹15,154.96 - ₹25,374.91 per month
