Sr. Executive Operations

As a Shipping Coordinator, your role involves handling FCL/LCL Shipments and coordinating with Shippers & Shipping lines to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Taking Hazardous & Non-Hazardous chemical approval with shipping lines - Placing online Container Bookings in Various Shipping Lines and following up for Bookings - Coordinating with Container yards for container pick up and stuffing status - Submitting VGM through shipping line website and following up for B/L draft from Shipper / CHA for SI filling - Checking container gate in status through Terminal website or shipping line portal - Coordinating with Shipping Line for various matters and sending Daily Reports to the Department Head - Checking tracking status till container discharge at destination Your qualifications should include: - Ability to manage a team of 2-4 and guide them for smooth operational work - Proficiency in sending daily shipment status to consignee and keeping them updated - Strong coordination skills with all related parties for the shipment process - Experience in handling Odex, dgnote, and shipping line websites - Familiarity with D/O related works and coordination with CFS The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
