Job Description

BASIC OBJECTIVE

Maintain vendor/customer master data according to company policy and SLA (Service Level Agreement)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.

Create, Update, and block Vendor/customer master data according to company policy.
Ensure the master data maintenance meets SLA commitment.
Monitoring of Data quality & data clean-up on vendor/customer master data.
Perform the periodical review and audit of master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Take the initiative to improve the Vendor/Customer master data process.
Support Purchase/Sales Management Platform implementation.
Creation of SOPs & process map.
Basic understanding of Bulk upload and SAP Reporting
Knowledge of India taxation - TDS, LDC

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in Masterdata Management is required.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Experience in the shared service center is a plus.
Experience in SAP is mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Team player and well-verse with Stakeholder engagement
Good to have: Basic Chainese/Thai Language
