Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Read inquiry (tender) specifications

  , select appropriate pumps, and handle costing & pricing as per guidelines/costing approval authority matrix.

• Assess the quality & inspection scope and requirements

  of technical specifications, preparing Quality Control Plans (QCP) accordingly.

• Provide timely responses to technical queries

  and participate in technical clarification meetings.

• Perform post-order contract reviews

  and release indents and purchase notes for accessories.

• Participate in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations

  alongside the front sales engineer in respective sales offices.

• Participate in vendor registration and approval activities

  for KSB facilities.

• Present KSB's range of pumps

  to clients/consultants.

• Actively participate in new product localization/development.

• Provide techno-commercial support to KSB countries

  to help them win orders.

• Work on bare shaft pump pricing

  with the Controlling department.

Skills:

• Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and tenders.

• Proficiency in pump selection, costing, and pricing.

• Knowledge of quality and inspection requirements

  and QCP preparation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

  for technical clarifications and client presentations.

• Strong negotiation skills

  for techno-commercial discussions.

• A proactive approach to new product localization/development.

• Ability to provide effective technical and commercial support.
