Employee Field Sales - Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager - CBS (Commercial Building Services) & WWW (Waste Water & Water)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

    within the assigned geographical area for CBS & WWW.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

    , including consultants, contractors, dealers, clients, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

    with consultants, contractors, and the dealer network through regular communication and visits.
  • Conduct market research

    to understand market needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team

    to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations

    to dealers, retailers, and potential customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes

    to direct customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance

    , contributing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with dealers, distributors, and other partners

    to expand market reach.
  • Represent the company at events, seminars, local trade shows, and exhibitions.

Qualifications:
