Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry/Environmental Science) / Diploma (Chemical / Environmental /

Industrial Safety)

Experience: 8–10 years in EHS & Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations

Role Summary

Responsible for managing Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations and ensuring EHS

compliance as per statutory and company requirements. The role involves plant monitoring,

documentation, waste management, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily ETP/STP operations and ensure treated effluent meets
• GPCB/CPCB norms.
• Maintain records of effluent parameters, waste generation, and disposal.
• Implement and monitor EHS systems, procedures, and compliance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety trainings, and promote workplace safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Prepare & submit statutory/environmental compliance reports and maintain documentation.
• Support audits (internal, external, statutory, and customer).
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of ETP processes and environmental regulations.
• Experience in hazardous waste handling and documentation.
• Good communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
• Handson experience with safety systems, audits, and compliance reporting.
