Please search candidates from Rewari/Bawal/Dharuhera Location, it will be good for Kaga India.

Qualifications:-

Male age over 25-35 years old

Bachelor degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical

3 years of direct experience in Engg. Dept. in electronics devices and EMS segment (Extensive knowledge of PCBA)

Good responsibility & strong in service mind

Good command in English

Can operate MS office

Import Knowledge

Honesty / Integrity / Proactive / Explicit / Positive/ Can Do Attitude

Duties & Responsibilities

Regular work location is at Syrma SGS Bawal plant (Daily morning mtg 9am, Daily close mtg 17:30)

Daily gamba (shop floor) verification & share the Produciton status with Kaga production center

Daily gamba (shop floor) monitoring with "Lean management" concept and share with Kaga production center

Closely work with production to resolve the issues timely (Hands-on spirit)

New product Introduciton(NPI), APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD prepration

New model Process design, Jigs/Fixture design & development activity, Verify WI

Execute Trial with trial Reports with KAGA production centre support

Sound knowledge of SMT Machine(Koyong, Fuji NXT, JT)troubleshooting

Sound knowledge of TRI, Koyoung & kritshu ICT, FCT troubleshooting

Sound knowledge of wave soldering, selective soldering machine troubleshooting

Sound knowledge of Basic Electronic Circuits (Extensive knowledge of PCBA)

Spare parts (Jig list) Control/management with safery stock concept (jig/fixture, spare parts)

Customer drawing management, Customer ECN/PCN management (ECN effective date management/Document filing)

Regular Process audit, System Audit at Supplier End.

Customer complaints Cause & Countermeasure identification

and ensuring that the measures are being implemented on a daily basis

Assist of Customer Audits

Weekly Quality meeting

Keyence IM7500 Utilization

Esteem team work

Proactively learn new skills and knowledge
