Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure smooth functioning of the Director’s office. The role requires strong coordination skills, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and understanding of the poker/gaming business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Director Support & Coordination

  • Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, MOMs, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely execution of Director’s instructions across departments.

2. Business & Operations Support

  • Assist in tracking poker operations, promotions, tournaments, and key projects.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Compliance teams.
  • Monitor daily reports (revenue, player activity, withdrawals, promotions).
  • Highlight operational issues and escalations to the Director.

3. Data, Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Maintain records of contracts, SOPs, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Track KPIs and action items assigned by the Director.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft professional emails, notices, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, poker partners, payment gateways, and service providers.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

5. Compliance & Governance Support

  • Assist in ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and internal policies.
  • Track KYC, AML, responsible gaming, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams as required.

6. Personal & Administrative Assistance

  • Handle personal administrative tasks assigned by the Director.
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and approvals.
  • Organize events, meetings, and off-sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
