Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Manage buy-ins, cash-outs, and ensure accurate reconciliation of chip movement.
• Prepare daily P&L reports, cash-flow statements, and balance updates.
• Oversee rake collections, commission logs, and ensure transparent reporting.
• Coordinate with Floor Managers and Operations Team for financial clarity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle vendor payments, staff payroll, and expense tracking.
• Conduct periodic audits of cash, chips, and inventory.
• Work with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of financial data.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent financial tasks.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and organisational skills.
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, or cash-intensive environments (preferred)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in accounting roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
