Sr. Executive/ AM- Talent Acquisition Contact Centre (Bulk Hiring)

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition professional

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for contact center roles including
Sales, Customer Service
, and
Collections
Plan and execute
bulk hiring drives
, walk-ins, and job fairs to meet business requirements
Screen and shortlist candidates through various sourcing channels (portals, referrals, social media, etc.)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and close positions within timelines
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports on hiring metrics and performance
Ensure compliance with hiring guidelines and background verification processes.

Requirements:

Experience:
2 to 5 years in
bulk hiring
for BPO/KPO or Fintech (preferably Contact Centre roles)
Education:
Graduation is
mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high volumes and work under tight deadlines
Immediate joiners will be given preference
