Sr. Electrical Technician

• Infrastructure Management: Lead the planning, design, and maintenance of the hospital's electrical infrastructure, including power distribution, emergency systems, and specialized equipment.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical systems and designs comply with relevant hospital standards, statutory obligations, and patient safety protocols.
• Project Leadership: Take a lead role in assigned electrical projects, preparing designs, specifications, and technical documents, and resolving design conflicts.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize the performance of electrical systems for efficiency and reliability.
• Strategy Development: Support the Head of Technical Services in developing and implementing the hospital's electrical services strategy, focusing on cost-effectiveness and future-proofing.
• Team Leadership: Provide clear leadership, mentor junior engineers and technicians, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Liaison and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, statutory bodies, and external service providers to ensure integrated and efficient solutions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Document system performance, maintain records, and provide regular reports on the electrical infrastructure to management.
• Business Continuity: Implement and manage business continuity plans related to electrical services, including energy and sustainability initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of electrical design, system implementation, and maintenance.
• Healthcare Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting, understanding its unique requirements and standards, is often preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
