Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Senior Executive to manage key operational and financial aspects of our online business. The role involves regular monitoring of e-commerce portals, performing financial reconciliations, preparing profit & loss (P&L) reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:1. E-commerce Portal Monitoring:

• Monitor listings, orders, returns, and performance on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotional offers are updated and accurate.

2. Reconciliation & Reporting:

• Perform monthly reconciliations of portal transactions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, returns, commissions, and shipping charges.
• Maintain precise financial records of portal earnings and deductions.

3. Profit & Loss (P&L) Preparation:

• Prepare P&L statements for each marketplace and product category.
• Analyze data to evaluate cost structures, margins, and revenue trends.
• Generate insights to support business decisions.

4. Team Coordination & Follow-ups:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and update tracker sheets and task status reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
• Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, reconciliation, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP software is preferred.
