This role plays a critical function in conducting physical inventory verification, reconciliation with ERP systems, and auditing internal processes across warehouses and depots in India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and a strong understanding of stock control best practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct physical stock audits and inventory verification across company depots and godowns. Reconcile physical inventory with: Depot Manager stock records Tally ERP9/Prime system stock balances Identify and report on stock variances, inventory shrinkage, expiry, damage, pilferage, and unrecorded movement. Evaluate the condition of goods, shelf life, packaging standards, and storage issues. Review and audit: Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) Stock inward/outward registers Dispatch logs and bin cards Collaborate with Depot Managers, Accounts, Sales, and Procurement to streamline stock reporting.
