Job Description

The Senior Director of Revenue Services is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of RS/RCM processes and operations in India. You will lead and manage both in-house and partner teams, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and service excellence. Your primary focus will be on driving continuous improvement, maximizing client revenue through strategic planning and operational efficiency, and promoting a culture of best practices across the Revenue Services process. Additionally, you will play a key role in client retention, addressing account-related escalations, and enhancing financial growth strategies. In terms of leadership and team management, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating between in-house and partner teams, overseeing third-party vendor management, and maintaining professional standards in client interactions and internal communications. Monitoring employee performance, productivity, and attendance, conducting performance reviews, and providing continuous mentoring and training to enhance team competencies will also be part of your responsibilities. You will align business and group goals with Corporate objectives, collaborate with Global leadership to develop a strategic roadmap for the Revenue Services team, and ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement in day-to-day operations. As the Executive representative for Revenue Services in India, you will keep leadership informed of any client issues or challenges, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Your role will involve working closely with Revenue Cycle Managers on client escalations, addressing areas of concern, analyzing financial reports and metrics, and leveraging data to drive strategic focus on client retention, financial growth, and employee performance. Initiatives for continuous improvement, process development, and talent management will also be led by you to ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation. Collaboration with internal teams, participation in relevant meetings, and providing training and knowledge sharing across departments will be essential. Your qualifications should include 15+ years of experience in Revenue Services/Revenue Cycle Management, proven track record in driving process improvement, strong financial acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in working with cross-functional teams and a global workforce. Preferred qualifications may include experience in managing RCM teams in a global environment, proficiency with RCM software and financial reporting systems, and relevant certifications or advanced degrees.,
