About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to join MX Advertising – an integrated 360-degree communications agency based in Mumbai. The role demands a hands-on digital marketer with strong strategic and executional skills across performance & paid media, social media and content marketing. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand campaigns, managing digital communication and executing performance across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

·      Digital Strategy, Campaign Planning, Social Media & Influencer Marketing:

o Plan and coordinate monthly digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

o Develop brand content strategies, social media strategies & calendars aligned with client goals and audience insights.

o Conduct brand audits, competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and optimize brand presence.

o Manage end-to-end brand responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and marketing objectives.

o Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour and emerging digital tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

o Recommend innovative campaign ideas, influencer collaborations and audience engagement strategies.


·      Pitches, Reporting, Campaign Management & Analytics:

o Oversee campaign timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

o Generate and share regular reports including tracking performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations.

o Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

o Create visually engaging presentations for client pitches, performance reports and strategic proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      4+ years of experience in digital marketing in an integrated / digital agency

·      Strong understanding of digital strategy, social media management and paid media campaigns.

·      Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics etc.

·      Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client brands simultaneously.
