Job Brief

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and deeply understands audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus, and candidates who have worked in SaaS-based products or services will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple objectives such as lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, creatives testing, budget scaling, and performance analysis.
• Analyze campaign data using KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to improve results continuously.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copies and creatives.
• Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to maximize conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, or YouTube) where required.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta platform updates, ad policies, and performance marketing trends.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of paid marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Ads is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking pixels.
• Prior experience working with SaaS products or B2B campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
